TASKS

As a Delivery Specialist, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience, accompanying them from the signing of documents to the handover of their new vehicle.

MISSIONS :

Prepare customer files: Contracts, receipts, everything must be ready for a smooth process.

Deliver new and used vehicles:

- Confirm appointments and prepare vehicles according to customer expectations.
- Present vehicle features and technologies clearly and enthusiastically.
- Schedule the first service appointment and answer any questions.
- Finalize delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.

PROFILE REQUIRED
